To Our Customers and Guests

We are eager to help you, both in the planning and serving of the function. Should the menu selections presented here not fulfill your requirement, please let us know as we welcome the challenge to custom tailor menus to your specific needs. Food and Beverage

All banquet food is prepared fresh through Barattas catering.

All alcoholic beverages to be served on premises for functions must be dispensed only by staff and bartenders. Alcoholic beverage service may be denied to those guests who appear to be intoxicated or under age.

Billing and Deposits

We welcome new accounts and require a credit card or check for all payments. Payment must be paid in full 7 days prior to event. Deposits are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated on contract).

Audio-Visual

A wide selection of audio-visual and services are available in-house on a rental basis. Orders may be placed through our sales department. Outside audio/visual equipment is not permitted without approval from AllPlay and Forté in writing.

Guarantee Agreement

We require a confirmation of guaranteed attendance at least 7 days in advance of all functions. Your bill will be based on guaranteed number, plus chargers over and above. Meals will be prepared for your guaranteed figure. Our banquet staff will make every effort to duplicate your menu for the additional guests. In the event this cannot be done, a substitute entree will be provided. In the event we do not receive a guarantee, we will consider the number of guests indicated as estimated on the catering contract as the guarantee.

Any function guarantee that goes up after guarantee is made may be subject to a surcharge of $100.00 and the cost of the food increase.

Insurance and Indemnification

Guest shall indemnify and hold AllPlay and Forté and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages and expenses on account of injury to any party in connection with the function or resulting from damages or destruction of any AllPlay or Forté property by guests or any attendee of the function on the premises.
