Baratta's proudly prepares your meal from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Don't see your favorite on our menu? Just ask. Our staff is happy to work with you to customize a menu that best suits your needs.
Hors d' oeuvres are served for up to one hour prior to dinner. Buffets are served for up to two hours. All menus include fresh rolls and butter, coffee and water. All Wedding Packages include China, Flatware, professional uniformed staff, cake cutting service, and head table service.
